Sensing Herbs

how we are all herbalists ... next session Sunday 28th August 2022

about this afternoon session

A herb session without herb books. A quest to learn a bit from herb plants through your senses, and past uses memories. An experience of wonder, trust, discovery and confidence about some of the plants that may already surround you.

You will not need to know their names of the herbs but allow senses to discover how they can benefit you and how to harvest and store them. A lovely intimacy with nature session.

Also I invite any herbalists among you who work closely with plants to be included in this broadcast. You can be a live guest on the Sunday or send me a pre-recorded video, or even an audio accompanied with photos and I can weave those together for the show. So intimate herbalists, please contact me :-)

Looking forward to you joining us on Sunday.
