Combining Lughnasadh Traditions with a live small Country Fair market at Ballagh Farm Shop. Trading on Lunasa Holiday weekend is a major tradition of this time, Lammas Fair. This year social distancing and masks included, but do stop by and mumble "Hello" on camera :-) . Recorded interviews 10am until 12:30 pm, live from 2pm maybe until 3pm.

This is part two of a two part Nature Folklore session exploring the folklore and mythologies of Crom Cruach and Crom Dubh. It is a challenge to separate the two as similar tales are told of both legends. But it does seem that the Crom Dubh mythology arrived later than the reverence for Crom Cruach as a god. The tales of Crom Cruach and Crom Dubh are very intertwined these days.
